PA command description
Description: This command places an horizontal rule at the beginning of the paragraph. The rule may be drawn on the whole width of the column (TextFlag=TRUE) or whith fixed indents (TextFag=FALSE). To stop the rule, use [pa=0].

Note: A positive "offset" value moves the rule up, a negative value moves it down. At the beginning of a column QuarkXPress may may omit to draw the rule.
May be canceled using the [pf] command.
In the Adobe PageMaker, the offset is always considered as a positive value. PageMaker does not manage the negative offset.
Example: [pa=2; FALSE; 2; 2; -12]
Place at the beginning of the paragraph a rule of 2 points, with a left and right indent of 2 points and a down offset of 12 points.
