LH command description

Description: This command allows to hide or show a layer.

Syntax: [ LH =  LayerName  ;  Hide    ]

LayerName
String 		  Name of the layer to hide/show
     
Hide
Boolean 		  TRUE -> Hide layer FALSE -> Show layer
