IR command description

Description: This command allows to modify the size of a picture within its owner block, to fit the whole picture into the box without blank nor anamorphosis.

Syntax: [ IR =  Block#  ;  Center    ]

Block#
Integer 		• ID of a picture block
     
Center
Boolean 		• True -> The picture is centered in the block.
