Description: This command balance the vertical spacing of several blocks to fill a specified depth.

If the value maxSpace is reached and the programme cannot correctly balance the column, it creates a filling block (TRUE) and inserts the average space (maxSpace-minSpace) between each blocks. If this parameter is FALSE, the average space is inserted, but no filling block is created. |
