ET command description


Description: This command starts the creation of the EPS file. It is possible to print one or multiple pages of an existing document. If no parameter is given, PageMakeUp prints all the pages of the document.


Syntax: [ ET =  StartPage  ;  EndPage  ;  OverwriteExist  ;  CheckMissingPict  ;  UpdateMissingPict  ;  Top  ;  Left  ;  Bottom  ;  Right    ]

Printing start page.
     
EndPage
Integer
  Printing end page. Set to 9999 for the last page of the document if its number is not known.
     
OverwriteExist
Boolean
If the EPS file is already existing : TRUE = the existing version is overwritten FALSE = the existing version is not overwritten and printing is canceled
     
CheckMissingPict
Boolean
  TRUE -> check whether some pictures are missing. Quark version only
     
UpdateMissingPict
Boolean
  TRUE -> if some pictures are missing, attempt to put them up to date. Quark Version only
     
Top
Picas/Points
  Top bleed. Quark Version only
     
Left
Picas/Points
  Left bleed. Quark Version only
     
Bottom
Picas/Points
  Bottom bleed. Quark Version only
     
Right
Picas/Points
  Bleed right Quark Version only
     


Note: If the [es] command has not been placed before the [et] command, the program uses the document name, the ".EPS" extension and the parameters specified in the preferences. With multiple pages, the program inserts the page number between the filename and the extension. For example : [es="Hard Disk:Test:Test"; ".EPS"] [et=1; 3] The program generates 3 files named : Test1.EPS, Test2.EPS and Test3.EPS.


Example: [et=1; 1; FALSE] Create an EPS file out of page 1. If the file is already existing, it is not overwritten.
