DO command description

Description: This command opens an existing QuarkXPress document. The parameters of PageMaker allow you to define the starting point of the access path. This path is inserted in front of the specified filename.

Syntax: [ DO =  "DocName"    ]

"DocName"
String 		• Full or partial path and name of the document to open.
     

Note: If you open a layout document, QuarkXPress creates a copy of the layout as a file named "Document 1". To rename a document, use the [DS] command to save it.

Example: [do = "C:\THURSDAYI\DOCUMENT.QXD"] [do = "HardDisk:Files Folder:My Document"]
