BV command description

Description: This command locks or unlocks one or several blocks.

Syntax: [ BV =  Lock  ;  Block#    ]

Lock
Boolean 		• TRUE = Lock, FALSE = Unlock
     
Block#
• Block Number
     

Note: Never use the value -1 (current block).

Example: [bv=TRUE; 3] Lock block #3.
