Description: This command defines the type of runaround for a block (text or image).

Note: If RunaroundType = 1, the four following values must not be entered.
This command in not implemented in the Adobe PageMaker version.
Example: [bh=1; 0; 2; 1; 2; 1] create a runaround of 2 point on top and bottom, and 1 point left and raight on block #1.
