BE command description

Description: This command tilts the specified block at the specified angle. Note: it doesn't ROTATE the block.

Syntax: [ BE =  Block#  ;  Angle    ]

Integer 		• Block Number
     
Angle
Angle 		• Tilt angle (+75° to +75°).
